Based in Waterford, we started First Class Castles in 2009 as two college students, at the time we had a small collection of second-hand bouncy castles and a small van. We hired out bouncy castles during the weekend and got our heads down attending college during the week! We spent five years in the University of Limerick and juggled both First Class Castles and college commitments simultaneously. We graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree and again in 2014 with a Master’s in Management and Entrepreneurship…. we even got separate degrees!

Over the years we have grown the business on the back of a reputation for high-quality products and service and have become one of Ireland’s leading supplier of inflatables and games hire to private and corporate clients.. and is now our full-time job!We have built a reputation on our professionalism, reliability, creative designs, innovative concepts, attention to detail and competent staff. Due to our hard work and dedication, It’s unsurprising some of our clients now include Microsoft, Vodafone, Google, Facebook and many more…

However, it’s not all about corporate clients, over the years we have built up a large and loyal customer base locally in Waterford and beyond, for which we are very grateful for their continuous support. We are also very fortunate to have family and friends who have continuously supported and encouraged us in our endeavours.

Today, our company offers one of the largest selection of inflatables, games and event hire equipment in the country. We’ve got rodeo rides, zorbing, fun foods, lighting, audio visual equipment, marquees, event props and much more! We also offer a wide selection of event services from team-building to event planning. We’ve got something for everyone and can work with all budgets.

Unlike our competitors, we’re not an agency! Everything you see on our website is in our warehouse. Holding all our products in stock means all our equipment is tested, properly insured, rigorously maintained, and immaculately presented and always state-of-the-art.

Operated by a young, enthusiastic and dynamic team of people, we’re the ‘one-stop-shop’ for all your party and event requirements. Craig - Sales, Marketing and Event Director

Craig is the creative one! He is a whizz-kid when it comes to design and all things marketing related. His imagination has no boundaries and is useful when working with corporate clients to formulate ideas, create event plans and seamlessly execute the event.Craig has a BBS in HR & Entrepreneurship and a Master’s in International Management.

Stephen – Accounts, Operations and Business Development Director

Stephen looks after the boring stuff – accounts and general operations of the company. Stephen forte are business plans and puts metrics to Craig’s wild ideas! Stephen has a BBS in Entrepreneurship and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship.

Michaela – Office and Private Hire Manager

Michaela takes care of all things administrative related! Michaela also looks after private hire customers, so if you’re looking for a bouncy castle to book for an upcoming party – Michaela is the lady you need to speak to!Michaela holds a B.A. in Health Promotion and has worked as a Health Promotion Specialist in various organisations before taking up her role with First Class Castles.

John – Event Manager

John started working with First Class Castles in 2012 as a mascot operator! Today he is an event manager and is involved with the hands-on execution of corporate events. He is super organised and his attention to details is second to none! If you’ve booked a team-building event, expect to meet John there!

John has a BSc in Computer Science.

Quan – Warehouse Manager

Quan is our warehouse manager. With more than 300 products in our warehouse, Quan is a very busy man! He prepares orders, manages stock and ensures all products are clean and in good working order and ready for the next customer.

Event Support Staff

We’ve got many event personnel who are crucial to the success of all our events, they are enthusiastic, energetic, bursting with ideas and utterly professional.
